A 60-inch, three-blade ceiling fan from Matthews Fans, designed for great rooms, large basements, and open-concept living areas, finished in matte black with solid walnut wood blades.
The Irene-3 takes its rustic-modern aesthetic to a larger scale. The 60-inch sweep moves air efficiently in expansive spaces, while the solid wood blades and matte black housing keep the design warm and contemporary. Its whisper-quiet DC motor and damp-rated construction make it a versatile choice for both indoor living areas and covered outdoor spaces.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This fan is not dimmable, as it has no light source. The motor speed is controlled via the included remote and wall controls.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms without direct water exposure. It should not be installed where it will be directly sprayed by water.
What's the warranty? Matthews Fans offers a limited lifetime warranty on this product.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? Yes, the fan is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. An optional 60-degree cathedral canopy mounting system is available for steeper slopes.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
