Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulbs are needed.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This fan is not dimmable. It includes a Decora-style fully variable wall switch for speed control.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms without direct water exposure. It is not rated for wet locations.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty.
How does the rotational feature work? The fan heads can be infinitely positioned in 180-degree arcs. The greater the angle of the motors to the horizontal support rods, the faster the axial rotation. This allows you to direct airflow precisely.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
