How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1063-1234 lumens depending on color temperature - comparable to a 75W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a large room, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
Choose from 2700K (warm white) to 6500K (daylight) to set the perfect ambiance. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the included remote makes it easy to adjust brightness and color.

This fan spans 64 inches with an 18-degree blade pitch, ideal for rooms over 400 sq. ft. It includes a 10-inch downrod and fits sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. The overall height is just 9 inches, keeping it close to the ceiling.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
