The Alessandra Tropical combines minimal tropical form with maximum efficiency. Its cast aluminum and heavy stamped steel construction is built to withstand the elements, while the ABS all-weather blades resist moisture and warping. The integrated LED light kit offers five color temperatures, letting you tailor the ambiance from warm to cool. With a DC motor, six speeds, and a remote control, this fan delivers silent, powerful airflow for spaces up to 225 square feet.

How bright is it?
The integrated 22W LED produces 1063-1234 lumens depending on color temperature - roughly equivalent to a 60-75W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living room, but not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
Choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 4000K (neutral), 5000K (daylight), or 6500K (cool daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the remote control allows you to adjust brightness and color temperature to suit your mood.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
