The Alessandra Tropical pairs a minimal tropical silhouette with serious airflow, moving air quietly through rooms up to 225 square feet. Its cast aluminum and heavy stamped steel construction shrugs off weather, while the ABS blades resist moisture and warping. A 10-inch downrod and sloped ceiling canopy (up to 30 degrees) are included, and the included remote gives you six speeds and a reversible motor for year-round comfort.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
