Description
A 60-inch, five-blade ceiling fan from Matthews Fan Company, finished in brushed brass with light maple solid wood blades, for great rooms, large basements, and open-concept living areas.
The Patricia-5 combines refined, contemporary design with robust construction. Solid wood blades revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing, circulating air efficiently with barely more than a whisper. An eco-conscious, color-changing LED light kit completes the package, making the Patricia-5 sophisticated, efficient, and green.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
