The Patricia–5 from Matthews Fan Company pairs a refined, minimalist silhouette with robust construction. Solid wood blades in a barn wood tone revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing, moving air efficiently with barely more than a whisper. The integrated, dimmable LED light kit adds energy-efficient illumination, making this fan as practical as it is elegant.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 690 lumens—about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb—ideal for ambient lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
At 3075K, the light is a warm white, similar to traditional incandescent, flattering skin tones and warm wood finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The LED is dimmable, and the included remote and wall control allow easy adjustment.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 42 inches in diameter and 12 inches in height (plus downrod). It suits rooms of 100-200 sq ft. The included 10-inch downrod works for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; optional downrods are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
