Description
A 42-inch ceiling fan with a dimmable LED light kit, designed for living rooms, bedrooms, and covered patios.
The Patricia-5 combines refined design with robust construction. Solid wood blades in a walnut tone revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing, circulating air efficiently with barely more than a whisper. The brushed nickel finish and frosted glass shade add a sophisticated touch, while the integrated LED light provides energy-efficient illumination.

Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed to salt water or ocean front, as the damp rating does not cover these conditions

- Spaces requiring a bright primary light source, as the LED provides 386 lumens (equivalent to about a 40W incandescent)
How bright is it?
The integrated LED provides 386 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to your preference.
Light color and feel
The LED emits a warm white light at 2850K, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 76, colors appear natural, ideal for living spaces.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
