Is the bulb included? The LED light is integrated and included. It is replaceable via the manufacturer.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the LED is dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer switch for best results.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for interior or exterior damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas like patios or porches. It is not recommended for bathrooms with direct shower exposure or for saltwater environments.

What's the warranty? This fan comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
