Description
A 52-inch three-blade ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, finished in brushed nickel with walnut tone wood blades, for living rooms and bedrooms.
The Patricia–5 combines innovation with simple, refined design. Its elegant aesthetic belies its robust construction. Solid wood blades revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing. Air is circulated efficiently with barely more than a whisper. An eco-conscious LED light kit completes the package, making Patricia–5 sophisticated, efficient and green.

How bright is it?
386 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2850K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood interiors. The LED is dimmable and replaceable.
Sizing and fit
52 inches in diameter, 13 inches in height (plus downrod). Works best in rooms at least 12x12 ft. Includes a 10-inch downrod; optional lengths sold separately. Canopy fits vaulted ceilings up to 30 degrees.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms without direct water exposure. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty.
Can it be used on a sloped ceiling? Yes, the canopy supports up to 30 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
