A 48-inch wet-rated ceiling fan with a textured bronze housing and palm leaf ABS blades, designed for covered patios, open decks, and large living spaces.
The Alessandra Tropical combines minimal tropical form with maximum efficiency. Its cast aluminum and heavy stamped steel construction is built to withstand fully exposed outdoor conditions, while the palm leaf ABS blades offer an all-weather system that resists moisture and warping. The integrated 5CCT color-changing LED light kit lets you adjust both brightness and color temperature to suit your space, and the included remote control provides convenient, silent operation.

How bright is it?
The integrated 22W LED provides adjustable lumens (1063-1234 lumens depending on color temperature) - roughly equivalent to a 60-100W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living room, but not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
The 5CCT LED lets you choose from 2700K (warm white) to 6500K (daylight). At 2700K, the light is soft and golden, flattering to skin tones and warm interiors. At 5000K-6500K, it becomes crisp and cool, ideal for task-oriented spaces. With a CRI of 90, colors appear accurate and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 48 inches in diameter with a 16.5-inch blade width and an overall height of 8 inches (plus downrod). It includes 5-inch and 10-inch downrods, allowing a minimum height of 13 inches and a maximum of 80 inches from the ceiling. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. Suitable for rooms 144-225 sq. ft. and sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
