Livex Zurich 36in 4-Light Linear Chandelier | Transitional Brushed Nickel and Clear Glass | Kitchen Island & Dining Room | Model 45474-91

A 36-inch four-light linear chandelier in brushed nickel with clear glass shades, built to hang over a kitchen island or dining table.

The Zurich collection keeps things clean and architectural: a slim steel bar in brushed nickel carries four clear glass cylinders that let the bulbs show through. It reads transitional - sharp enough for a modern kitchen, warm enough for a traditional dining room - and the low 4.5-inch width keeps sightlines open across the room.

Best for

• Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung as the main task light over the counter
• Dining rooms and breakfast nooks with a table roughly 5-6 ft wide
• Open-concept kitchens where a linear shape follows the island instead of blocking the view
• Contemporary or transitional interiors with nickel hardware and stainless appliances

Not ideal for

• Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 44.75-inch hanging height - the stem sections add up fast
• Spaces where you want a warm, diffused glow - clear glass shows the bulbs directly
• Very small kitchens with islands under 5 ft, where a 36-inch bar will overhang the ends

How bright is it?

Takes four 100W medium-base bulbs, so brightness depends on what you install. With 800-lumen LED bulbs you get roughly 3,200 lumens total - comfortably bright as a primary light over an island. Bulbs are not included.

Light color and feel

Color temperature follows your bulb choice. For a kitchen, 3000K warm white keeps wood and stone looking natural; 3500K-4000K gives a crisper task-light feel. The clear glass shades direct light downward and outward rather than diffusing it, so expect visible bulbs and defined pools of light on the counter.

Sizing and fit

Overall 36 in long x 4.5 in wide, with an adjustable height of 14.75 to 44.75 in using the included stem sections (two 6 in, two 12 in, two 18 in). Canopy measures 7 x 4.5 x 0.75 in. For an island, hang the bottom of the fixture about 30-36 in above the countertop.
