Livex Whittier 15.5in 2-Light Vanity Sconce | Modern Brushed Nickel and Clear Glass | Bathroom Vanity & Powder Room | Model 18082-91

A two-light vanity sconce in brushed nickel with hand-blown clear glass, sized for a single or double bathroom vanity.

The Whittier collection keeps things clean and architectural: a slim steel bar, a round backplate, and two hand-blown clear glass shades that let the bulbs do the talking. The brushed nickel finish is soft and slightly matte, so it reads modern without feeling cold. It suits contemporary, transitional, and even nautical-leaning bathrooms.

Best for

• Bathrooms with a 24-36 in single vanity, mounted above the mirror
• Powder rooms and guest baths where a clean, minimal look is wanted
• Double-vanity bathrooms used as a pair, one over each sink
• Contemporary or transitional interiors with chrome, nickel, or black hardware

Not ideal for

• Shower stalls or exposed outdoor areas - rated for damp and dry locations, not wet
• Very large vanities (48 in and up) where a single 15.5 in bar will look undersized
• Rooms where you want a shaded, diffused glow - the clear glass shows the bulbs directly

How bright is it?

Takes two 60W medium-base bulbs, so brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With standard A19 LEDs you get roughly 800 lumens per bulb - plenty for vanity tasks like shaving or makeup. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer because bulbs are not included.

Light color and feel

Color temperature follows your bulbs. For bathrooms, 3000K warm white flatters skin tones; 4000K is brighter and cooler for detailed grooming. The clear glass shades direct light up and down, so you get both ambient wash and task light. Dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Sizing and fit

15.5 in wide x 4.75 in high x 5.5 in extension from the wall. The 4.75 in round backplate fits most standard vanity junction boxes. Mounts horizontally above a mirror; top-to-mount is 2.375 in horizontal or 7.75 in vertical. Glass shades are 3.5 in diameter x 6 in high.
