Description
A 3-inch LED exterior wall/step light for wet locations, finished in white with clear glass.
The Sonic collection by Kuzco features a horizontal rectangle-shaped recessed light in die-cast aluminum with a white powder-coat finish. The optically designed housing fully conceals the light source, making it ideal for step or courtesy lighting outdoors or indoors.
Best for
- Outdoor steps and stairways, recessed into walls for subtle illumination
- Covered patios and entryways where a low-profile, wet-rated light is needed
- Hallways and corridors indoors, mounted as a nightlight or accent
- ADA-compliant pathways requiring flush-mounted fixtures
Not ideal for
- Primary room lighting - this is a 250-lumen accent/step light, not a room light
- Spaces requiring a standard wall sconce projection - this fixture is nearly flush (1.5 in extension)
How bright is it?
250 lumens - about as bright as a 25W incandescent bulb, ideal for step lighting, pathway accent, or courtesy illumination. Not suitable as a primary light source.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, inviting tone that complements outdoor and indoor settings. CRI of 90 ensures good color rendering. Dimmable from 100% to 10% with an ELV dimmer (not included).
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 5 in wide x 3 in high x 1.5 in extension. Fits into a single gang box. Recessed mount.
