Description
A 5-inch single-light pendant with a brushed nickel finish and clear glass shade, inspired by traditional Japanese lanterns for modern kitchens and dining areas.
The Soji pendant draws from the clean silhouette of Japanese lanterns, offering a timeless look that suits a range of interiors. The brushed nickel metalwork and clear glass shade let the bulb shine through while adding a subtle industrial touch. Available in multiple glass colors, this fixture adapts to your mood and decor.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row or solo over a 4-6 ft island
- Dining rooms with a 36-48 in round table, centered for ambient light
- Entryways and foyers with 8-9 ft ceilings, creating a welcoming focal point
- Open-concept living areas where a single pendant defines a zone without overwhelming the space
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces where you need bright task lighting - the single 60W bulb provides accent-level illumination
How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for ambient or accent lighting over a table or island, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is your choice. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, inviting glow that complements the clear glass and brushed nickel finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer.

The pendant measures 8 inches long, 1 inch wide, and 14.88 inches high with a 5.12-inch diameter shade. The round canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 0.38 inches high. Sloped ceiling adaptable for angled ceilings.
