Description
An 8-light chandelier with a mix of matte black and brushed gold finishes, featuring glossy opal glass shades for a Parisian-inspired statement in dining rooms and living rooms.
The Rue collection blends Parisian details with New York City style, creating a feast for the eyes. This chandelier features ribbed metal, glossy opal glass, and skyscraper-inspired details. The two-tone finish and textured glass make it a standout piece for any space.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a table 48-60 inches wide, hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Living rooms with high ceilings, centered over a seating area or coffee table
- Entryways and foyers with a two-story ceiling, creating a dramatic first impression
- Open-concept great rooms where the chandelier defines the dining zone
- Bedrooms with a tray ceiling, adding a touch of glamour
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft - the chandelier is 33.62 inches tall
- Rooms requiring bright task lighting - this is a decorative ambient fixture
How bright is it?
Uses eight 60W E26 bulbs (not included). With standard 60W incandescent bulbs, expect about 4800 lumens total - bright enough to illuminate a large dining room or living room as the primary light source. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting feel, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The glossy opal glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambiance. Dimmable if compatible bulbs and dimmer are used.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier is 38 inches in diameter and 33.62 inches high. The round canopy is 5.12 inches in diameter and 2.38 inches high. Works best on ceilings 9 ft or higher. Sloped ceiling adaptable up to 45 degrees.
