Description
A 5-inch LED pendant from Kuzco's Oxford collection, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms with a white aluminum housing and frosted acrylic diffuser.
The Oxford pendant combines a heavy-gauge cast aluminum outer shell with a visible black heatsink, creating a modern industrial look. The integrated LED delivers 1500 lumens at 3000K warm white with a high 90 CRI for accurate color rendering. The frosted acrylic diffuser softens the light, making it ideal for task and ambient lighting over counters or tables.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in multiples for even task lighting
- Dining tables seating 4-6, centered 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Home office desks or craft tables needing focused, shadow-free light
- Entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings, used as a single statement pendant
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft due to the 3-inch height and 120-inch wire
- Large rooms over 200 sq ft as a sole light source - 1500 lumens is best for task/ambient zones
How bright is it?
1500 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb. Bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table as task lighting, but may need supplementing in larger open-concept areas.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. With a 90 CRI, colors appear vibrant and natural, ideal for food preparation or reading. Fully dimmable from 100% to 10% using a standard TRIAC or ELV dimmer.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 5 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. Includes 120 inches of adjustable wire, suitable for ceilings up to 10 ft. For sloped ceilings, the wire can be angled.
