Description
A three-light vanity bar with Art Nouveau-inspired curved metal detailing and opal glass shades, designed for bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Nouveau collection takes cues from the chic era of Paris in the 1920s and '30s. This collection features Art Nouveau sensibilities throughout, from the curved metal detailing to the vintage-inspired structure. The matte black finish and opal matte glass create a sophisticated, moody look.
Best for
- Bathrooms above a 30-48 inch vanity, mounted up or down for task lighting
- Powder rooms, adding a touch of vintage elegance
- Hallways or entryways, as a decorative accent light
- Damp-rated, suitable for bathrooms with humidity
Not ideal for
- Outdoor or uncovered areas - damp-rated only, not wet-rated
- Small vanities under 24 inches, as the 25-inch width may overhang
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - uses three 40W bulbs (max 120W total)
How bright is it?
With three 40W bulbs (not included), expect about 480 lumens per bulb (using 60W equivalent LEDs) for a total of around 1440 lumens - sufficient for ambient and task lighting in a bathroom. Using standard 40W incandescent bulbs yields about 450 lumens each.
Light color and feel
The opal glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare. Bulb color temperature is your choice - 2700K-3000K warm white is recommended for a flattering, spa-like glow. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer.
