Description
A single-light pendant with a spun aluminum shade in contrasting black-on-black finish, ideal for modern kitchens and dining spaces.
The Helena pendant by Kuzco features a spun aluminum shade with powder-coated black exterior and interior, creating a sleek, industrial look. Its compact 17-inch diameter makes it versatile for islands, counters, and tables where focused task lighting is needed.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung 30-36 in above the counter for direct task lighting
- Dining tables 36-48 in wide, centered over the table for ambient dining light
- Entryways and foyers with 8-9 ft ceilings, used singly or in a cluster
- Home office desks or reading nooks where a directional downlight is helpful
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft - the 9.25 in height plus hanging rod may feel too low
How bright is it?
Accepts one 60W incandescent bulb (not included) - equivalent to about 800 lumens with a standard bulb, suitable for ambient or task lighting in a small to medium area. For brighter output, use an LED bulb of equivalent wattage.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature depends on the bulb you choose - use a 2700K-3000K LED for warm, inviting light. The black interior reduces glare and creates a focused downlight effect.
Sizing and fit
16.88 in diameter x 9.25 in height. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 0.38 in height. Sloped ceiling adaptable. Hanging length can be adjusted with standard pendant rods (not included).
