Description
A 4-inch LED wall sconce from Kuzco's Flux collection, finished in gloss black with an acrylic diffuser, featuring a touch dimmer for adjustable ambient lighting in hallways and bedrooms.
The Flux sconce combines a truncated spherical aesthetic with modern adjustability. A flat recessed acrylic diffuser, partially frosted, is housed within a precise cast aluminum drum, providing an ambient wash where directed. The illuminated ring serves as a finder light and indicates the touch actuated dimmer. Magnetic connectors allow unrestricted rotation and easy assembly.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors, spaced 6-8 ft apart for even ambient lighting
- Bedrooms as reading sconces flanking the bed, with adjustable direction
- Living rooms as accent lighting to highlight artwork or architectural features
- Entryways as a welcoming light with touch dimmer for soft illumination
- Spaces where a modern, adjustable sconce with integrated dimming is desired
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or damp areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Primary room lighting - at 800 lumens, it is best as accent or task lighting
- Spaces requiring a traditional or ornate fixture - the Flux is distinctly modern
How bright is it?
800 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light, not as a primary room light. Suitable for reading when directed.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 90+, colors render accurately. Touch dimmer allows adjustment from 100% to 10% brightness.
Sizing and fit
The sconce is 4.38 in diameter and extends 4.12 in from the wall. The canopy is 5 in diameter. Compact size fits in tight spaces. Magnetic rotation allows directional light.
