Description
A 12-inch flush mount ceiling light with an aged gold finish and opal matte glass shade, perfect for entryways, hallways, and low-ceiling spaces.
The Castilla collection offers a classic chic style that suits a range of design aesthetics, from fresh farmhouse to eclectic. The aged gold metalwork paired with an opal matte glass shade creates a warm, inviting glow that complements both traditional and modern interiors.
Best for
- Entryways and foyers with 7-8 ft ceilings, providing welcoming ambient light
- Hallways and corridors, spaced 8-10 ft apart for even illumination
- Bedrooms with low ceilings, as a flush mount alternative to a pendant
- Kitchens with 8 ft ceilings, over a sink or breakfast nook
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Large living rooms requiring bright overhead light - this is a single-bulb fixture
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent (800-900 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for small to medium rooms. For a brighter effect, use a 60W LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The opal matte glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, even glow. Bulb color temperature is not specified; we recommend a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb for a cozy feel. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer (not included).
Sizing and fit
The flush mount measures 11.88 inches in diameter and 11.62 inches in height. The round canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch high. It is designed for ceilings with standard junction boxes.
