Description
A 12-inch flush mount ceiling light with an aged gold finish and frosted glass diffuser, perfect for bedrooms and living rooms needing soft, even illumination.
The Brisbane collection offers a classic circular frame with a timeless appeal. The aged gold finish adds a touch of warmth, while the frosted glass softens the light for a gentle, glare-free glow. This flush mount is an excellent choice for low ceilings or spaces where a pendant would be too intrusive.
Best for
- Bedrooms 10x12 ft or larger, providing ambient light without taking up visual space
- Living rooms and family rooms with 8 ft ceilings, where a flush mount keeps headroom clear
- Hallways and corridors, offering consistent light along the path
- Over a dining table in a small eat-in kitchen, paired with a dimmer for adjustable brightness
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces requiring directional task lighting, as the light is diffused evenly in all directions
- Rooms with ceilings under 7 ft, though the 4.12-inch height is very low-profile
How bright is it?
With two 60W max bulbs (not included), total brightness can reach up to 1600 lumens using LED equivalents, which is sufficient for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. For a softer glow, use lower wattage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The frosted glass diffuser creates a soft, even light that reduces glare. For a warm and cozy atmosphere, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 inches diameter x 4.12 inches height. The low profile makes it suitable for ceilings as low as 7 ft. Ideal for rooms up to 12x12 ft for adequate coverage.
