Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, centered over the island for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with a rectangular table, providing even illumination for meals and gatherings
- Open-concept living areas where a linear fixture defines the kitchen zone
- Spaces with sloped ceilings up to 45 degrees, thanks to the adaptable design
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Small kitchens under 8 ft wide where a linear pendant may overwhelm the space
How bright is it?
This fixture accommodates eight 60W E12 bulbs (not included). With typical LED bulbs, you can achieve 800-1000 lumens per bulb, totaling 6400-8000 lumens - bright enough for primary kitchen or dining room lighting. Actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose.
Light color and feel
The smoked glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambiance. With LED bulbs in 2700K-3000K, the light will be warm and inviting. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and an ELV dimmer (recommended).
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 48.25 inches long, 18.25 inches wide, and 7 inches high. It hangs from a round canopy (4.75 inches diameter, 0.62 inches high). The sloped ceiling adaptable feature allows installation on ceilings up to 45 degrees. Ensure your ceiling height is at least 8 ft for comfortable clearance.
