Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for balanced task and ambient light
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Entryways and foyers with 8-10 ft ceilings, as a single statement piece
- Living rooms over a coffee table or seating area for a decorative focal point
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft due to the 9.62 in height and hanging chain
How bright is it?
Uses one 60W E26 bulb (not included). Brightness depends on the bulb you choose - a standard 60W incandescent bulb produces about 800 lumens, suitable for ambient or task lighting over a small area.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb installed. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The opal matte glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambiance.
