Description
A 19-inch, 2-light wall sconce from Kuzco's Abbott collection, finished in polished nickel with an alabaster stone lens, designed for damp locations like bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Abbott sconce features a stone lens set into a gracefully curved organic metal base. It is modern and clean with a feminine touch. The organic curvature of the polished nickel metal holds the alabaster lens with ease, creating a soft, diffused glow.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 30-48 inch vanity, mounted on either side of the mirror or above the mirror for task and ambient lighting
- Powder rooms and hallways where a compact, elegant light source is needed
- Damp-rated locations such as bathrooms with high humidity
- ADA-compliant applications where the fixture must not protrude more than 4 inches from the wall
Not ideal for
- Large primary bathrooms over 100 sq ft as a sole light source - consider pairing with overhead lighting
- Outdoor uncovered areas - rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
How bright is it?
This fixture accommodates two 60W E12 bulbs (not included). With standard 60W incandescent bulbs, expect approximately 800 lumens total - about as bright as a single 60W bulb, suitable for accent and ambient lighting in a bathroom or hallway.
Light color and feel
The alabaster stone lens diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. For best results, use 2700K-3000K bulbs to achieve a warm white tone that flatters skin tones and complements the polished nickel finish.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 4.25 inches wide, 18.75 inches high, with a 3.88-inch extension from the wall. The compact size makes it ideal for narrow spaces. Mounts in any orientation (up, down, or sideways).
