Description
A 1-light wall sconce from Kichler's Tao collection, finished in brushed nickel for transitional bathrooms and hallways.
The Tao wall sconce features a clean, transitional silhouette with a brushed nickel finish that complements both modern and traditional decor. Its compact size makes it ideal for accent lighting in smaller spaces.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors, mounted at eye level to provide ambient light
- Bathrooms with a single vanity, placed on either side of the mirror for task lighting
- Powder rooms where a small, stylish fixture adds character
- Bedrooms as a reading light beside the bed
Not ideal for
- Large rooms requiring high brightness - this is an accent fixture
- Outdoor or wet locations - rated for damp locations only
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (bulb not included). Accepts one medium-base bulb up to 60W (or LED equivalent). For a typical 60W incandescent equivalent (800 lumens), it provides ample accent light for a hallway or bathroom.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The brushed nickel finish reflects light softly, reducing glare.
