Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in multiples for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, centered over tables for focused illumination
- Hallways and entryways, used as a single accent or in a row for a dramatic effect
- Living rooms and family rooms, providing soft ambient light over seating areas
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas – this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 72-inch chain length
How bright is it?
Uses one 100W A19 incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 100W bulb, expect about 1600 lumens – bright enough for task lighting over a counter or table, but can be dimmed for ambient effect.
