Description
A 52-inch ceiling fan with integrated LED light kit in an Olde Bronze finish, featuring reversible blades and a pull chain control, ideal for living rooms and bedrooms.
The Sutter Place Select fan combines soft, clean lines with functional design. The Olde Bronze finish and Umber Etched Glass light kit add a warm, traditional touch. The fan includes three LED bulbs (2700K, 80 CRI) for energy-efficient illumination. Reversible blades in walnut and cherry finishes let you customize the look.

How bright is it?
The integrated light kit uses three 4-watt LED bulbs (2700K, 80 CRI) for a total of 12 watts. Estimated output is around 800-1000 lumens, suitable for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. Not intended as a primary light source.
Light color and feel
The 2700K warm white light creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The Umber Etched Glass diffuses the light softly. The LED bulbs are not dimmable.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
