How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit but is compatible with optional Kichler light kits (sold separately).
Light color and feel
Not applicable as no light kit is included. If an optional light kit is added, light color will depend on the bulb chosen.

The fan measures 60 inches blade span by 14 inches height. It is suitable for rooms at least 14 x 14 ft. The 78-inch lead wire accommodates standard 8-9 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, an optional downrod may be needed (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
