Description
A 5-inch dimmable LED step light in Brushed Nickel, designed for indoor stairways and hallways.
This Kichler Step and Hall Light features a sleek, low-profile design with integrated LED bulbs and a screwless faceplate for a clean look. The Brushed Nickel finish on aluminum construction complements modern and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Indoor stairways, mounted at toe-kick height for safe illumination of steps
- Hallways and corridors as a low-level night light
- Entryways and mudrooms for subtle accent lighting
- Basement stairs or dark passages where a compact light is needed
Not ideal for
- Outdoor or wet locations (rated for damp locations only, not direct rain)
- Primary room lighting (30 lumens is an accent/step light, not a main light source)
How bright is it?
30 lumens - about as bright as a 3W incandescent bulb, ideal for subtle step illumination or night lighting, not for reading or task lighting.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, warm tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 85 ensures decent color rendering for a step light.
