Description
A 42-inch transitional ceiling fan from Kichler's Starkk collection, featuring an integrated LED light kit and reversible walnut/cherry blades, finished in Olde Bronze.
This Starkk ceiling fan combines clean, strong lines with a warm Olde Bronze finish and etched opal glass light kit. The integrated 17W LED provides energy-efficient illumination at 3000K warm white. The reversible blades offer two looks: walnut on one side, cherry on the other. Ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, and covered patios (dry locations).
Best for
- Bedrooms 12x12 ft or larger, providing gentle airflow and ambient light
- Living rooms and family rooms, as a primary ceiling fan with light
- Covered patios and porches (dry locations only)
- Rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, using the included 4.5-inch downrod
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas exposed to moisture - rated for dry locations only
- Large rooms over 15x15 ft - a 52-inch or larger fan may be needed for adequate airflow
- Low ceilings under 7 ft - the fan hangs at least 12 inches from ceiling
How bright is it?
The integrated 17W LED produces approximately 1000-1200 lumens (estimated based on typical LED efficiency) - comparable to a 60-75W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent light. CRI 80, good for general illumination. The etched opal glass diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
