How bright is it?
With two 60W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 1200 lumens - sufficient for accent and ambient lighting at an entryway or patio. For a brighter effect, use higher-wattage bulbs up to 60W each.

The fixture accepts standard incandescent bulbs, which emit a warm, inviting light (2700K-3000K). It is dimmable when used with compatible bulbs and a dimmer switch, allowing you to adjust the ambiance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
