Description
A transitional 1-light wall sconce from Kichler's Niles collection, finished in Olde Bronze with clear seeded glass, rated for damp locations like bathrooms and covered porches.
The Niles wall sconce combines classic Olde Bronze finish with clear seeded glass for a timeless look. The glass can be installed facing up or down, offering flexibility in light direction. With a compact 5.5-inch width and 7.25-inch projection, it fits well in hallways, bathrooms, and entryways. Damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas as well.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 24-36 in vanity, mounted on either side of a mirror for task lighting
- Hallways and corridors as accent lighting, spaced 4-6 ft apart
- Covered porches or entryways where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Powder rooms and small bathrooms where a single sconce provides ambient light
Not ideal for
- Uncovered outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - damp-rated only, not wet-rated
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - uses a single 100W bulb (not included), suitable for accent or ambient light
- Rooms with very low ceilings where the 7.25-inch projection may be obstructive
How bright is it?
Uses one 100W A19 incandescent bulb (not included). With an LED equivalent, brightness can range from 800-1600 lumens depending on bulb choice. For accent lighting, a 60W equivalent (800 lumens) is recommended.
Light color and feel
The clear seeded glass creates a textured, diffused light pattern. Bulb color temperature is determined by the bulb you choose; warm white (2700-3000K) complements the Olde Bronze finish best.
Sizing and fit
The sconce measures 5.5 in wide, 10 in high, and extends 7.25 in from the wall. The backplate is 5 x 6.75 in. Center of wall opening is 3.25 in. Suitable for walls with standard junction boxes.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
