Description
A 16-inch 1-light wall sconce from Kichler's Niccol collection, finished in Champagne Bronze with clear glass, ideal for bedrooms and hallways.
The Niccol wall sconce strikes a balance between refined and industrial. Its soft, squared arms lend architectural structure, while the layered clear glass shades introduce depth and a warm glow. Finely knurled detailing on each socket cup adds a tactile accent that feels intentional and luxurious.
Best for
- Bedrooms 10x12 ft or larger, mounted as a reading sconce beside the bed
- Hallways and corridors, spaced 6-8 ft apart for ambient lighting
- Living rooms as accent lighting above artwork or mirrors
- Entryways and foyers, mounted at eye level
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
- Spaces under 8 ft ceilings if you need the sconce to project less than 6.5 inches
How bright is it?
With a maximum 75W T10 bulb (not included), brightness depends on the bulb chosen. A typical 60W incandescent equivalent produces about 800 lumens - suitable for accent or ambient light, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade allows the bulb's natural color to shine through. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 5 inches wide, 16 inches high, with a 6.5-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 5 inches in diameter. Ideal for walls with standard 8-9 ft ceilings.
