Description
A 13-inch outdoor wall light from Kichler's Mathus collection in Olde Bronze with clear beveled glass, designed for covered porches and entryways.
The Mathus outdoor wall light features thicker glass panes with fine beveling that catch the light, paired with a sturdy aluminum construction in an Olde Bronze finish. Its traditional style adds refined distinction to any exterior.
Best for
- Covered porches and entryways, mounted beside or above doors
- Garages and patios under eaves, providing warm welcome lighting
- Outdoor living spaces where a classic, durable fixture is needed
Not ideal for
- Direct rain exposure without overhead cover - rated for wet locations, but best under cover for longevity
- Small spaces under 4 feet wide - the 7.25-inch width may be proportionally large
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on bulb used. With a standard 60W A19 bulb (not included), it can produce up to 800 lumens - sufficient for accent and security lighting. LED bulbs can provide equivalent brightness at lower wattage.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on bulb chosen. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The clear beveled glass creates a sparkling effect.
