Description
An 80-inch ceiling fan from Kichler's Loa collection, finished in satin black with satin etched opal glass, designed for modern spaces and wet-rated for outdoor use.
The Loa ceiling fan features a clean, minimalist design that coordinates seamlessly with modern interiors and exteriors. Its large 80-inch diameter circulates a considerable amount of air for larger spaces. The optional light cap allows use with or without the integrated LED light, and the CCT switch lets you choose between 3000K and 5000K color temperatures during installation.

How bright is it?
Integrated LED light provides ambient illumination. Exact lumens not specified, but typical for a fan light of this size. The CCT switch allows adjustment from warm white (3000K) to daylight (5000K).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
