The Kichler Loa ceiling fan features a clean, minimalist design with a satin natural bronze finish that blends seamlessly with modern architecture. Its massive 80-inch blade span moves significant air in large areas, and the wet rating allows installation in exposed outdoor locations. The integrated LED includes a CCT switch to choose between 3000K and 5000K light color during installation.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light produces approximately 2000 lumens (estimated based on typical 24W LED), equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb. This provides bright ambient light suitable for large outdoor or indoor spaces.
Light color and feel
The CCT switch allows you to choose between 3000K (warm white, soft and inviting) and 5000K (daylight, crisp and energizing) during installation. The satin etched cased opal glass diffuses light evenly. The LED is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.

Fan blade span is 80 inches, with a motor housing 15 inches tall. Overall dimensions: 37.5" L x 4" W x 15" H. Includes a 4.5-inch downrod; minimum height from ceiling to bottom of fan is about 4.5 inches. Best for ceilings 9 ft or higher.

What's the warranty? Kichler offers a limited lifetime warranty on the fan motor.
Can I change the light color after installation? The CCT switch is set during installation; you cannot change it afterward without rewiring. Choose carefully between 3000K and 5000K.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
