How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you install. With three 60W incandescent bulbs (not included), expect about 2400-2700 lumens total - comparable to a bright overhead light suitable for ambient illumination in medium-sized rooms. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades produce a crisp, unfiltered light. With standard incandescent bulbs, the light is warm (2700K). The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust from bright task lighting to a cozy ambiance. For best results, use a standard incandescent dimmer or a compatible LED dimmer.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier measures 14 inches in height and 14 inches in diameter. It includes a 120-inch wire and chain, allowing hanging lengths from 14 to 120 inches. The canopy is 5 inches wide and 1 inch deep. Works well on sloped ceilings (slope ceiling kit included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
