Description
A 9-inch 2-light flush mount ceiling light in brushed nickel with white glass, ideal for hallways, bathrooms, and utility spaces.
The Kichler Ceiling Space flush mount combines clean utilitarian design with a brushed nickel finish and white glass cover. At just 5 inches tall, it fits snugly against the ceiling, making it perfect for low-clearance areas. Uses two 60W A19 bulbs (not included) for ambient lighting.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors 4-6 ft wide, providing even ambient light
- Bathrooms with dry-rated ceilings, above a vanity or in a water closet
- Utility rooms, laundry rooms, and closets where low-profile lighting is needed
- Entryways and mudrooms with 8-ft ceilings
Not ideal for
- Wet or damp locations such as showers or outdoor covered patios (dry-rated only)
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting (max 120W total)
- Large rooms over 12x12 ft as primary light source
How bright is it?
With two 60W incandescent bulbs (not included), the fixture can produce up to 1600 lumens total, comparable to a single 100W bulb. Suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium spaces.
Light color and feel
Bulb-dependent. Using 2700K bulbs gives warm white light that flatters skin tones and wood finishes. The white glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
9 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Fits ceilings as low as 7 ft. Backplate is 8.75 inches in diameter.
