Is the bulb included? No, this fan does not include a light kit or bulbs. A light kit can be purchased separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan motor is not dimmable. Speed is controlled via the included 6-speed DC CoolTouch remote or wall control.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is rated for wet locations, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate clearance.

What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on the motor; details from Kichler.

Does the motor reverse? Yes, the motor is reversible for year-round use - clockwise in winter to circulate warm air, counterclockwise in summer for cooling.
