Description
A textured black aluminum PAR30 medium cowl accessory for Kichler landscape lighting fixtures.
This PAR30 medium cowl is designed as an accessory for Kichler models 15241AZT, 15241BKT, and 15241MST. It directs light downward and reduces glare, making it ideal for accenting pathways, garden beds, or architectural details. The textured black finish resists corrosion and blends into outdoor environments.
Best for
- Landscape lighting fixtures where directional control is needed, such as uplighting trees or downlighting from walls
- Pathways and driveways, reducing light spill into neighboring properties
- Garden beds and flower borders, focusing light on specific plants
Not ideal for
- Use as a standalone light fixture - this is an accessory, not a complete luminaire
- Indoor applications where a decorative shade is preferred
Style and finish
The textured black aluminum construction provides a matte, non-reflective surface that minimizes glare and blends with dark fixtures. The cowl's simple cylindrical shape complements contemporary and transitional landscape designs.
