Description
A 1000-foot spool of 12-gauge low voltage cable from Kichler, designed for outdoor landscape lighting systems. Black UV-stabilized PVC insulation for direct burial.
This 12-2 conductor SPT cable is built for 12-volt outdoor lighting applications. The black PVC jacket is UV stabilized to resist sun damage, and the cable is rated for direct burial, making it ideal for running power to landscape lights, path lights, and other low-voltage fixtures. The 1000-foot length provides ample wire for large-scale installations.
Best for
- Outdoor landscape lighting systems, connecting transformers to multiple fixtures
- Direct burial applications in gardens, lawns, and along pathways
- Low-voltage (12V) lighting setups for patios, decks, and driveways
- Professional installers needing bulk cable for large projects
Not ideal for
- Indoor household wiring - this is low-voltage cable only, not for 120V circuits
- High-voltage landscape lighting (120V systems require different cable)
- Small projects needing less than 100 ft - consider a shorter spool
Style and finish
The cable has a black PVC jacket that blends into outdoor environments, minimizing visual impact. It's functional and durable, not decorative.
