How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a single medium-base socket (E26), you can install up to a 60W equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens) for comfortable ambient light. A vintage ST64 bulb (recommended) typically emits 300-450 lumens, creating a warm, dim glow ideal for accent or mood lighting. Not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
The natural woven rattan shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and casting a warm, organic glow. For a classic incandescent feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The open-bottom dome design allows some downward light while the rattan filters side illumination, creating a balanced ambient effect.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 8 in diameter x 10.75 in height. The shade is 8 in wide x 5.75 in tall. This compact size works well in small to medium rooms, corridors, or over a nightstand. The backplate (canopy) is finished in oil rubbed bronze. Suitable for ceilings 8 ft or higher; for lower ceilings, ensure at least 7 ft clearance.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium-base (E26) vintage ST64 bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. If you install a dimmable LED bulb, use a standard LED-compatible dimmer. The fixture itself does not include a dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for covered outdoor areas, bathrooms (not directly in shower), and other humid spaces.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
Can the rattan shade be cleaned? Dust gently with a soft cloth or use a vacuum with a brush attachment. Avoid moisture on the rattan; the fixture is damp-rated but the shade material is natural and should not be soaked.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
