Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. This fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W (or LED equivalent). Using a 60W incandescent equivalent LED (about 800 lumens), it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens). Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
The woven rattan shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, inviting ambiance. For a cozy, incandescent-like feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The open weave allows some light to filter through, casting interesting shadow patterns on walls and ceilings.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are sold separately. A vintage ST64 bulb is recommended for the best look.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. If you install a dimmable LED bulb, use a compatible LED dimmer (sold separately).
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. It is not wet-rated for exposed outdoor use.

How do I clean the rattan shade? Dust gently with a soft brush or use a vacuum with a brush attachment. Avoid moisture on the rattan to prevent warping.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
