How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). With three 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is roughly 2400 lumens - similar to a standard 150W bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. For dimmer ambiance, use lower-wattage or vintage-style bulbs.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The natural fiber shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere. The fixture is not dimmable unless dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch are used.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
