How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens), this pendant provides warm ambient light suitable for dining or relaxing. For task lighting, consider a brighter bulb up to 100W equivalent (1600 lumens). Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
The natural fiber shade softens and diffuses light, creating a warm, inviting glow. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like ambiance. The open bottom allows some downward light for tasks.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
