Description
A 1-light semi-flush mount with an antique brass finish and clear glass shade, rated for damp locations like covered porches and bathrooms.
The Waverly collection combines industrial and transitional style with a vintage-inspired clear glass globe and durable steel, cast brass, and glass construction. The antique brass finish and transparent shade create warm, ambient light suitable for entryways, hallways, and other covered spaces.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for a small room. For accent lighting, a lower-wattage vintage bulb (40W equivalent, ~450 lumens) creates a warm glow.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, making the light color and bulb shape part of the design. Use a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED or incandescent bulb for a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, making it suitable for bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
