A contemporary 1-light pendant from the Utopia Collection, finished in brushed brass with a matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Utopia pendant combines a sharply squared-off steel frame with a round glass holder that cradles a cylindrical matte white shade. The geometric contrast between the angular frame and the soft cylinder creates a striking presence that suits contemporary, farmhouse, and restoration-vintage interiors. The brushed brass finish adds warmth, while the matte white glass diffuses light gently.

How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent, suitable for ambient and accent lighting. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light, creating a soft, even glow. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright and energetic to warm and cozy. The color temperature depends on the bulb you choose; a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED is recommended for a cozy atmosphere.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
