The Springwater mini pendant combines industrial and transitional style with a clear fluted glass shade that showcases a vintage ST64 bulb. The polished nickel finish on steel and cast brass construction offers durability and a sleek look. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base bulb (E26), up to 60W incandescent equivalent. With a 60W equivalent LED, expect about 800 lumens—enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light in a dining area. Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED. The clear fluted glass shade diffuses light slightly, reducing glare while still showing the filament of a vintage-style bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
