Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a clear fluted glass shade and brushed satin nickel finish, ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and hallways where a touch of vintage-industrial style is needed.
The Springwater mini pendant from Innovations Lighting combines industrial cast-brass and steel construction with a clear fluted glass shade that echoes Art Nouveau and Restoration-Vintage design. The included 6W LED vintage-style bulb (ST64 shape, 2700K warm white, 600 lumens) provides a soft, amber glow. Dimmable with a standard dimmer, this pendant is damp-rated for bathrooms and covered patios.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining nooks and breakfast areas with a 30-36 in table, hung 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Hallways and entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings, used as a single statement light
- Bathrooms with damp-rated fixtures (vanity areas or above a soaking tub, away from direct water spray)
- Covered patios or porches protected from direct rain
Not ideal for
- Large open-plan living rooms needing a primary light source - 600 lumens is accent-level brightness
- Spaces with ceilings under 7.5 ft - the minimum hanging height is 23.5 in
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain or moisture - damp-rated only
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent, task, or ambient light over a small table or island. Not sufficient as a sole room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for most residential settings but not ideal for color-critical tasks like makeup application or art display.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 14.5 in high (shade: 12 in diameter x 12 in high). Hanging height adjustable from 23.5 to 47.5 in via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works best with 8-9 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, use longer wire (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
